"Curious? Listen to the Whispers"

When we learn to listen to the whispers, we don’t have to listen to our body/mind shout in pain or distress!”

What jazzes me is to teach people how to listen to the whispers in their body, breath and even mind, and then share the tools for them to address those whispers before the shouts arise. And in fact to improve awareness and function so that they can do more of what they love to do with less effort, less strain, less pain – and more fun!

I offer lots of ways to “meet you where you are”: Therapeutic Yoga, Bowenwork, McLoughlin Scar Tissue release, meditation, breathwork – plus two special classes coming up: Intro to Bowenwork, and guest teacher Deborah Adele will be back to help us dive into the mind and unlock more happiness. Info and links below.

Therapeutic Yoga addresses breath and body most directly, sharing new movement patterns and skills, building stability, range of movement, and stamina, based on an individual client’s goals and body.  Available as private or small group classes, in person or remotely.  FMI LINK HERE.

Bowenwork also helps improve function, balance and range of motion, including helping to balance the central nervous system. While this is something I do one-on-one working on a single client’s body (in person or remotely), you can learn some basic Bowenwork to do on yourself and to help loved ones! Intro to Bowenwork is a half-day course where you learn more about Bowenwork and learn hands-on to apply several key moves that have great effect for relaxation, first aid in emergencies, and more. July class has 2 slots and I will be scheduling more classes in the future.  LINK TO CLASS FLYER   or here for Why I love Bowenwork.
